2. Richard Henry Alexander² NAPPER (James¹) was born in Sydney, N.S.W., Australia 8 March 1816. Richard died 19 October 1877 in Goose Island, Tasmania, Australia, at 61 years of age.

He married Emma Martha LUTTRELL 1 January 1851. Emma was born in Green Ponds, Tasmania, Australia 9 March 1833. Emma was the daughter of Edgar LUTTRELL and Sarah MCLEOD. Emma died 22 Febuary 1879 in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia, at 45 years of age.

Richard Henry Alexander NAPPER and Emma Martha LUTTRELL had the following child:

3 i. Pecy Edmund Pierre³ NAPPER was born in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia 27 August 1865. Pecy died 26 June 1937 in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia, at 71 years of age.
