He married Margaret STANGER in Yalca, Victoria, Australia, 6 April 1898. Margaret was born in Morang, Victoria, Australia 16 August 1875. Margaret was the daughter of William STANGER and Elizabeth LYONS.

William PELL and Margaret STANGER had the following children:

17 i. William Angus⁴ PELL was born in Waaia, Victoria, Australia 30 April 1899. William died 5 August 1989 in Nathalia, Victoria, Australia, at 90 years of age.

+ 18 ii. Charles Henry PELL was born 2 June 1900.

19 iii. Ernest John PELL was born in Kotupna, Victoria, Australia 1902. Jack died 16 October 1934 in Nathalia, Victoria, Australia, at 32 years of age.

20 iv. Robert Arthur PELL was born in Kotupna, Victoria, Australia 29 July 1904. Bob died 18 February 1955 in Nathalia, Victoria, Australia, at 50 years of age.

21 v. Albert George PELL was born in Waaia, Victoria, Australia 20 February 1906. Mick died 19 December 1982 in Nathalia, Victoria, Australia, at 76 years of age.
